Aluksne Museum shows, collect, compile and make available to the public of past, present material on the historical development, the environment and the arts.
The museum is located in the new palace, which is a wish Tjūdoru neogotikas Latvian architectural monuments. Aluksne the cultural center of objects seen: Aluksne Manor Old Castle, stables, barn, New Castle, Palm House, the Lutheran church and a park with a small architectural forms: the obelisk, Eola temple, mausoleum, etc. Aluksne New Castle - Aluksne old manor building continued.
