Stone castle built in 1820-the years barons Volfu family (in the places around the 1852nd year). Rebuilt on many occasions. 1905th On Revolution Revolutionary Stāmerienas castle burned. The castle restored 1908th year. Palace architecture, there historisma style features. Around the castle is 28.4 ha landscape park. It is also designed for fan-principle. The park found a number of exotic tree species: European larch, Siberian spruce and balsam, douglas etc. From the west and northwest of the park is surrounded Stāmerienas lake in the south it adjoins Lake Button.
