Rainis` Museum "Tadenava", Dunavas pag., Jekabpils raj. LV-5216, tel. 52-52522. A former homestead where prominent Latvian poet and playwright Rainis (1865-1929) was born. Rainis successfully joined his activity in social life with creative work in literature. Rainis` outstanding literary skills and philosophy raised Latvian literature to the highest standards of the world during the first decades of the 20th century.
